Kristian Foss is a business partner with Bull, Norway, with more than 20 years of experience from IT and technology law. He is a member of the Expert Committee for ICT law at the Norwegian Center for continuing legal education and the Data Protection Group in Bull. His main legal focus is data protection, IT-contracts, outsourcing, licensing and open source, IT disputes and protection of intellectual property. Kristian also served two years as president in IT IP Law Group Europe.
