ITIPLGE goes to Oslo, where our members will talk about their experiences with the implementation of new EU regulations for data security; NIS 2 and the Cyber Recilience Act within the framework of a breakfast seminar.

31 May. 8:30 – 10:00

Universitetsgata 9

Physical event

Suitable for:

NIS 2 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) are two general regulations for data security that have recently been adopted in the EU. We must prepare for the requirements to also apply in Norway. NIS 2 applies to general network and system security, while CRA applies to security in connected things (IoT) and software.

Since the regulations come into force at an earlier date in the EU, a group of European lawyers will come to Bull on 31 May to talk about their practical experiences of preparing for and implementing the regulations.

Breakfast will be served from 08:30, the lectures begin at 09:00. The lectures will be held in English.

  • Relationship to NIS 1 (which has now been adopted as Norwegian law)
  • Will NIS 2 and the Cyber Resilience Act apply to your organisation?
  • What are the main obligations and risks?
  • What will the enforcement be like?
  • What practical preparations should organisations plan now?

Finally, there will be a short panel discussion, where there will be an opportunity to ask questions.
