Maroš Ožvald
Maroš Ožvald is a qualified attorney-at-law with experience in commercial and intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on litigation and strategic enforcement. He heads the IP disputes team at Brichta & Partners and is a key figure in advising and representing clients in patent and IP-related conflicts, including in high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters.
Maroš focuses on pre-litigation strategy and litigation management for clients in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors, where robust patent protection and enforcement are critical. His experience includes leading complex infringement and invalidity actions, coordinating cross-border enforcement strategies, and advising on patent risk mitigation for market entry and product launches.
He also oversees the firm’s anti-counterfeiting agenda, representing global brands in the proactive protection of their IP rights, including cooperation with enforcement authorities and civil/criminal proceedings.
