Peter Kružliak
Peter Kružliak is a senior associate with more than 20 years of professional experience who leads the firm’s IP Contracts & Licensing and IT teams.
Peter is listed in both Chambers Europe 2025 and WTR 1000 2025 as a leading intellectual property practitioner.
He is an experienced speaker and lectures at professional and popular forums on topics related to intellectual property and information technology. He regularly participates in international conferences and events related to intellectual property and information technology (INTA, ECTA, ITIP Law Group Europe).
He arbitrates domain disputes as a panelist at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
