DE-GAULLE-FLEURANCE

Leading legal services group of more than 130 lawyers in Paris, we have a cross-practice and sectorial approach, including in Intellectual Property and Information Technology law.

We are involved in all types of cases relating to IP and IT, including the protection and valuation of innovative assets. Our in-depth knowledge of our clients’ businesses, in sectors such as the media, telecommunications, healthcare and life sciences (pharmaceutical products, medical devices, healthcare practice, digital health, wellness, etc.), construction and real estate development, engineering (chemistry, mechanics, etc.), energy and environment, agriculture and food, banking & finance, sports and leisure, e-commerce or new markets such as digital assets or New Space, enables us to build strategic recommendations for the management of our clients’ projects.

Our experience in the field of digital and data law also combines all legal and regulatory aspects of this increasingly strategic field with the constant digitization of the economy. Among our clients are solution providers, software or data bases publishers, platforms, services providers or user companies, in a wide range of digital-related or data-driven issues and in the same wide variety of sectors as for IP, following the whole life cycle of digital projects including on topics such as AI, Metaverse, Web 3, Cryptos, 3D and 4D printing, e-health, Connected mobility or Connected housing, Cybersecurity or Smart healthy cities.

We advise our clients on both transactional and litigation aspects and strive to anticipate their expectations by providing them with or using digital tools supporting the practice of law. For instance, after having launched Litimark®, LitiDesign® and and LitiSafe®, we have also developed our own statistical analysis tool of French patent litigation through the detailed analysis of dozens of French court decisions. This tool, named LitiPat®, is a powerful risk-analysis tool that we use for our client when they need to make decisions before or during a patent litigation. We also help clients making the most of generative AI in their day to day practice or strategic initiatives.

We also are part of national or international projects at the forefront of the IP and IT practice, for instance as a member of the EU TEHDAS consortium meant to contribute to the creation of the European Health Data Space or as partners of the Europrivacy®™ GDPR compliance certification program homologated by the EDPB in October 2022.
