Alberto Savi  is managing partner of the firm ISL Studio Legale di Alberto Savi & Associati  with its main office in Milan, Italy. He was born in 1959, he studied law at Catholic University of Milan (degree april 1984) and  began professional practice in may 1984. He  has been member of the Legal Defense of Milan Consumers Committee for the years 1985-1990 and qualified as Italian lawyer in 1988. He is married and has two sons. He works in Italian and English. Alberto is an expert in civil & commercial litigation, arbitration, corporate law, real estate, debt collection  and information technology law. He has knowledge and provides legal advice and contracts in all the areas of specialism; he provides also litigation services to Italian and International companies in all those areas. He is legal adviser for what concerns establishment, merging, incorporation of high tech companies.

Gabriele Faggioli Of Counsel at  ISL Studio Legale di Alberto Savi & Associati is CEO of Partners4innovation. He is President of CLUSIT (Italian Association for IT Security). He is Scientific Director of the Osservatorio Security and Privacy in University Politecnico di Milano. He is Adjunt Professor of MIP-School of Management Politecnico di Milano. He is Member of the Group of Expert in Cloud Computing Contracts (European Commission).
