Timothy Spiteri
Timothy_Spiteri
Tim specialises in civil and commercial law, with a special focus on Intellectual Property and technology law matters. Tim has worked in the European Parliament, both as a Schuman trainee as well as within the cabinet of a Member of the European Parliament. During this period, he was heavily involved in legislative initiatives relating to Intellectual Property and Technology which were being discussed before the European Parliament’s IMCO and LIBE committees. Subsequently, Tim obtained his warrant to practice law in Malta and since then has been representing clients in civil and commercial matters, including IP enforcement and infringement proceedings. He also assists clients with issues related to copyright, trademark, designs and trade secrets. Tim furthermore regularly publishes articles related to IP and technology law, which are accessible via his author page on Lexology.

Qualifications: Warrant to practice law in the superior Courts of Malta LL.B with European Studies, University of Malta Diploma of Notary Public, University of Malta LL.D, University of Malta
