Susan Kaak

Susan-Kaak

Susan specializes in litigation and transactions concerning intellectual property (IP), advertising, media, information technology (IT), privacy and sport. She represents various (national and international) clients regarding their brands, products, marketing and reputation. She focusses on the protection, exploitation and transfer of IP, IT and data as well as the status of IP assets in (inter)national financial transactions. She practised intellectual property at the Dutch IP Group at Clifford Chance. In 2004 she co-founded Ventoux.

Nelisa de Bruin

Nelisa-De-Bruin

Nelisa graduated from Utrecht University in 2019. She earned her master’s degree in civil law specializing in intellectual property law after obtaining her bachelor’s degree from Utrecht University in 2018. While studying, Nelisa worked at Ventoux as a student employee. After the completion of her master’s degree in Utrecht, Nelisa completed an internship for a Dutch law firm in Rotterdam.

Nelisa joined Ventoux as a paralegal in 2020 and was admitted to the bar in 2021.
